26-022B Odyssey House.

The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following:
1. Odyssey House Louisiana N Tonti Street Campus is a residential care facility occupying various
buildings on the site bounded by N. Tonti Street, Governor Nicholls Street, N. Rocheblave Street, and
Ursulines Avenue. This project is renovation of Building "A" with a gross floor area of approx. 16,045
SF. The building currently functions as dormitory housing (as is historic to the building's function over
time), with a small portion of the first floor operating as intake and associated services for residents.
2. The scope of the work for the project is to configure the existing layout of the dormitory floors (levels 2
and 3), provide minor adjustments at the first floor for better flow and function, and reconfigure the
attic (level 4) for general storage, MEP rooms, and a common area for residents. This building
previously housed the clinic, which has since been relocated to the renovated Building E, for which


construction was completed in the Spring of 2024. To serve as an additional amenity to the residents of
Odyssey House, a covered smoking area to the north (Governor Nicholls Street) edge of the central
courtyard is also accounted for in this scope of work.
3. This scope of work also includes a comprehensive stormwater plan for the entire Odyssey House
Louisiana N Tonti Street Campus property, incorporating the work which has been done incrementally
during the nearly decade -ling renovations as well as the areas specific to this portion of work.
4. ADA-compliant access is granted through the large ramp
