Roman manages and maintains a team of focused, hardworking, and professional construction experts with a solid technical background and strong work ethic. Originally from Colombia where he studied Industrial Engineering and worked in his family business as a professional set designer, where he built sets with high regard for both aesthetics and functionality for some of the most prestigious TV channels in the country.
Roman has been involved in the construction industry for over two decades with a wide variety of residential and commercial building projects. Adept at coordinating with building and engineering professionals for every project stage. He is a strong multi-tasker with the exceptional skill of performing well in a high-pressure and fast-paced work environment.

Christian is a hands-on professional with seasoned skills and with over 12 years’ experience, who joined our team in early 2015. He has an Architecture degree from the Universidad de San Buenaventura in Colombia. He has experience in all aspects of the architectural and construction profession as a designer and project/construction manager. He is an excellent team player and is no stranger to tight deadlines and budgets. He can efficiently lead a team of sub-contractors, architects, and engineers to achieve superior design and construction quality. He can best be described as a perfectionist who is highly organized, meticulous, and detail oriented. Christian has actively contributed to the design and construction management of international corporations including Gillette, Kraft Foods, Newell Sanford, the AIA design award winning Patrick F. Taylor Science and Technology Regional Academy, and Sanchez Community Center among others. As of 2007, Christian’s focus shifted to residential, commercial, and educational projects.

Mary has a unique background in business having worked on almost all levelS within both the non-profit and corporate arena and has an Accounting degree. She is a New Orleans native, who believes in teamwork and takes pride in her job. Her primary duties include making sure the company finances are in order, all required documents for the company are up to date, handling all accounts payable and accounts receivables, client correspondence, being highly involved in the day to day work process in order to resolve issues as they arise.

Robin Roberts is a native New Orleanian. With over 11 years of practice in the Construction Industry. She has 27 years of sales experience including: client relations, customer service, client management, project management and construction manager. Robin works great in teams and handles tight deadlines and budgets excellently. She has a strong background and education in Fine Arts & Marketing, which has incorporated into her own style and developed a keen eye to detail and followed her throughout her career.
Robin Roberts began in 2017 at Colmex Construction and has worked her way up within the company, in no time.  She is now a Jr. Project Manager, and through self-development, she is still on the rise.  Robin has shown to be a great asset to the company and has learned excellent estimating and bid procurement skills, she is part of the Sales Department team, focusing on Commercial projects. She is highly organized and detail oriented, while working well under pressure.

David has over 20 years’ experience in the Commercial and Maritime construction fields. He is a very hands-on leader, who has worked his way up from the field to a leadership role. He is highly adaptable and can handle any project thrown his way. Having a firm belief in attention to details, as does Colmex Construction, David plays a key role in our organization. Our team David can deliver an outstanding product even under tight deadlines. He is an excellent communicator, able to quickly and concisely keep the entire build team up to date and continuously moving forward.

Nicole has been in the industry for nearly 20 years. She has worked on a variety of projects from interior tenant build-outs to a large collegiate sports venue.  She possess a LEED Green Associate certification.

Liliana Gonzalez was born in Mexico and raised in Louisiana, joined the Colmex family in November 2019, she has a very positive attitude and always has a smile on her face. She is the first point of contact for anyone coming through our doors or calling for assistance in a project. She has five years’ experience in customer service and previously worked as an administrative assistant for a non-profit organization. She is a quick learner, but most importantly always ready to learn from others and about anything.
