CWCK – (Colmex Women Construction Krewe) is a Special Program focusing on Women in Construction to empower them and give them the Full-Time Positions and Professional Growth in our industry that they deserve.
Program History
As we all know, the construction industry has been male-dominated, and this is discouraging for women who are considering a career in this industry. Angelica, our Founder and CEO, knows this firsthand and knows how important it is to support them and provide them with the right tools to succeed. with that in mind, our Colmex Construction Team, led by Angelica, came up with the idea of creating our CWCK Program.
Program Overview
CWCK is designed to address the specific needs and challenges faced by women in the construction industry; women in the construction industry often face unique challenges, including isolation and lack of support.
This program was also tailored for women to provide them with a supportive community where they can connect, network, share experiences, and seek advice from peers and mentors who understand their specific challenges.
We provide comprehensive support to include training opportunities and access to resources that promote professional growth and success.
Through our program, women will gain the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to excel in the construction field.
